Called and requested service. It was approximately six hour before they came out and then charged me for an emergency service call. The most blatant thing was they said my PRV was bad and a test showed that it wasn't but I took their word for it and was charged for things that I didn't need.
These guys are Fantastic! fair pricing, friendly, and quick service! Highly recommended!
I called Rush Plumbing on Wednesday to get quote on replacing water heater and was referred to David Heinecke as local contact and technician. Simpson did an AMAZING job! I called him in panic. I needed someone out to my house that same day to fix a repair so we could close on our home. He came out and explained the issue and had it fixed in no time. He’s genuinely a good guy who knows what he’s doing. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone
