Was bracing for the worst tbh, but our experience at this ER was really nice all things considered. No wait to be seen. Private room with adequate, prompt support from RNs and doctors. They took great care of my husband and made sure we both understood what was happening each step of the way. Thank you for the positive experience during a challenging time.
As I stand here in the middle of the hallway with my partner. We have officially been here 6-7 hours. Now the wait time is wouldn’t be an issue if there were people that cared to even check in. First let me say when we first arrived after 8pm on 01/07/2026 the doctor and first nurse was attentive and amazing. Once the next shift came in it all went down hill.
