Great experience with Rush Oak Park ER today. Arrived with my sick 1 year old and was immediately taken back and seen by provider. The facility was clean and the staff was very welcoming!
If I could give 0 stars I would. These good reviews must be outdated. Despite being lights headed, dehydrated and vomiting bile due to not eating for almost a week, I was not treated as an emergency and had patients pushed ahead of me and several others for 10+ hours. The staff could care less and will lie and say there’s no room but continue to intake patients they deem have more serious issues. Please just shut down
Look at the reviews. The administration does not give a damn. Some places should not be open. Whoever keeps writing the pathetic replys to reviews should be replaced by someone who can actually work in the ER.
Thank you guys so much for helping me. The nurses I had were very kind to me. There are a couple not so nice. But the ones I had were amazing.
