I reluctantly went to the ER on Saturday afternoon for chest pain and dizziness that simply wouldnt go away and I’m so happy we chose to visit Rush Oak Park. Kasha (hope I spelled that right) was my first nurse and she was so pleasant and calming. Nurse Rose explained everything she was doing in full detail and kept me updated throughout my stay. Dr. Semaan was also very thorough and checked in on me multiple times. I really appreciate how I felt heard and he even added some tests after I expressed certain specific concerns.... read more
According to the time its usually busy at this time, barely anymore here, three groups besides us. While getting checked in, rooms were empty. We've being wait now 2 and half hours so far. Id hate to see what wait times are like if it was busy.
My Pregnant Girlfriend had went to this place to get seen for having unbearable stomach pains (her words) and she was sitting in the waiting room for three hours waiting to be seen while watching people that came after her getting checked in then called up to be seen while she just sits there in pain slightly crying because of how bad it hurts while this crap pot of a “hospital” plays roulette with their patients.
Been here twice. Go anywhere else.
The wait is horrible came in here for a head injury and still haven’t been to the back or never had my CT
