DO NOT rent from these people!! Blayne and Starr Rush are dishonest and do not communicate. Their lease is set up to take advantage of you and will charge you any penny they can.
Horribly dishonest people. Withheld over 1k from a security deposit. $720 for yardwork (that they didn't fix or change in any way), $120 for a $40 air filter, and $300 for leftover tape and paint damage in .5 sq ft area. Do not rent 1029 Beechwood Dr. They also let random people have the code to enter to view the house before your lease is up. Raymond Blayne Rush and Starr Rush are bad people not deserving of your hard earned paycheck.
