My 83 year old mom was in the ER last night for abdominal pain due to not having a bowel movement in weeks. She has a stoma yet the nurses and helpers told her she is supposed to have bowel movements through her anus. They proceeded to torture her by trying to get an enema in through her closed off anal cavity even though they KNEW she has a stoma on her right side abdomen. Emergency room staff were awesome and so sweet. Kept me calm and relaxed and always checking on me even just the ones walking by. Cannot say enough about Dr Ward and his staff when having biopsies done on my foot. I have never had a doctor and his staff treat me with such kindness and affection. They are awesome. Would recommend to anyone
