All class instructors do a great job....also, Ana Paula “goes hard” for every class. Great vibe, music selection always on point.
Fun and positive atmosphere - good workout. I would be hesitant to recommend to someone new to cycling. I have taken a couple more low key classes so I knew some basics about bike setup, resistance and whatnot. However if I did not know that, i would have been very lost.
