Went during business hours to pick up an order purchased online, and they were closed. Called next day during business hours, no answer. They have my money, but I still don't have my order.
Placed an order online, went to pick it up, CLOSED. At 1:30’pm, when they said they were open until 4:00! They should write a book titled “10 Easy Ways To Tank Your Business.”
Ordered 2 bowls for delivery to my apartment in the same building. The delivery estimate was 24 minutes. An hour after ordering, I receive a notification that my order was canceled, but I was still charged! Not happy!
My most recent 2 orders within the last week for a beach bowl have came out wrong. The wrong flavor is provided and or it's missing toppings. Not getting the order correct.
