We bought an explorer from rusel felts last week. Even though they are closed on sundays, they made us an appointment. We came in that day, test drove the car and signed the paperwork all in a little over an hour. Our salesman, joey, was very nice and professional. If we had to buy a car again, we would definitely look here first.
By far the best experience ever! My family was in need of a 3rd row vehicle bc I just had twins. We had 2 vehicles we seen online that we wanted to check out. Ended up test driving one and fell in love. Even though we didn't have great credit they made sure we got what we wanted! We were in and out in 2 hrs!
