Rude Dr and takes forever
Dr. Rusch always listens to her patients (parent's) concerns and is very knowledgeable in her expertise (children). I was fortunate she was able to accept my children as patients as she is quite demanded.
Dr. Rusch genuinely and sincerely cares for and about my child! She is deeply conscientious. I have read previous reviews that bash the extensive wait time, and I will say there are times I too have had a long wait, but the difference is, this doctor is worth the wait. I have waited at every office for every doctor I’ve ever gone to just to feel rushed when it was finally my turn. This is not the case with Dr. Rusch. Dr. Rusch takes FOREVER to see her patients! Literally 2 hour waits every time I come. I really need to look into changing doctors. She really needs to STOP playing with the kids and STOP gossiping with the parents. Hurry up and do your job. The staff is very very nice. Well the one with the glasses can be mean sometimes, grouchy. I wonder why a lot of people want to come here? Hmmm yes because she likes to kiss butt and says YES to EVERYBODY for anything. Dr Rusch has been seeing our son since he was 1 day old, now he’s 2yo. We never have to go to an urgent care because she is always reachable which is what I valued in a pediatrician!
I love how good she is with children and how she remembers who they are. I'm very pleased with her work.my children love her.
We love her she sees both our daughter's and we're very happy to have her as our pediatrician. The new office is a little cramped and sometimes you can wait up to 40 - 1 hr after your appointment time and there's also a $20 no show fee so make sure you cancel ahead of time .
I am giving two stars overall based on my 3 appointments with Dr. Rusch. I like Dr. Rusch yet there were two major issues. One, scheduling is ridiculous! The first time I waited 30 minutes. The second time, 2 hours!!! And everyone knows that waiting 2 hours with a newborn that needs to be breastfed is not acceptable. I kept waiting to breastfed because I kept thinking that I would be called back any second since it had taken so long! The third time was 45 minutes.
