This company tried to take me to collections for a 3 year old ER ride when I had valid insurance. I gave proper ID and info to them and 3 years later, they lied and claimed I gave them wrong info and tried to ask for 1,7xx dollars for a ride that should be covered. If possible avoid them and ask for someone else to take you to ER.

We should be able to give negative stars. This company is so crooked and I am taking legal action against them. I had no choice when using this ambulance company for an emergency. Afterwards, I reviewed my insurance policy and and was fully covered for ambulance transport. Three years later and to this day, getting threatening letters from them saying they have sent me to collections. I completed the paperwork twice so they could submit the claim to my insurance...which it never was. Just a huge scam! Do not ever use this co... read more

This is the worst customer service experience!!!! They had the incorrect information for my son for over 2 years. I asked them to send me the correct bill and they never did and they sent me to collections still with the wrong information. 0 Stars!!!
