I do not want to say that Rural/Metro on a whole is a bad company, that would be unfair to the EMT/Paramedics that care. My experience is with one individual that was mean; just plain hateful actually, and because of his disposition I refused service from him because there was no way I was going to let him touch or care for my well being. A bald man, mid to late 40's, servicing the Klipsch Music Center.
