Had a great time went to all departments and spent some money for things I couldn’t leave without. Especially enjoyed the live animals!

Get managers that answer the phone, and don't disconnect you after being on hold for 15 minutes. Was TRYING to warn you of bedding you sell FOR GUINEA PIGS that is toxic and kills them! Also: your employee that answered the phone needs a lesson on not being rude.
I bought chicks there before. All have lived thankfully. I went in there around 9am to get chicks and I was shut down to buy them even though they opened at 7am. Plenty of time to get those chicks out. Yet when posting about the different breeds you have, its called SPELL CHECK. The lady doesnt know what breed is what and it so funny. There is no such thing as show quality chicks till they are grown. Cream Legbar are NOT a rare breed.

Such horrible customer service from Zachary L. at the gun counter yesterday. Apparently this guy needs a new job! If you keep discriminating against people you guys @ Rual king are going to have a lawsuit!!! I walked in with cash and he treated me with such disrespect very loudly!
