The worst costumer service Especially at the Stihl department took a chainsaw to have it repaired took them 2 months to even give me some info gave it back to me at no charge saying it was ready then a week later they called us that they found out it wasn't ready and told us to please take it back and not use it. So we did and after almost a month it was still not ready so we said just give it back well take it somewhere else and they had the nerve to charge us $100 for labor????
