I am new to the mountain state and based on reviews decided my husband and I would give access health a shot. Well sadly I didn't even make it to the appointment. After waiting for five minutes a younger woman answered in a rude tone of voice. Regardless, I decided to explain we were new patients and needed a doctor. I have been coming to Dr. Amy Dowdy for years. She has always been there for me and my husband. But have never taken the time to thank her and the staff there for all they do. Thanks Dr. Dowdy, Miranda, Terri, and your partner who works the front desk with you. They are always so happy and welcoming, always smiling. No matter how bad you feel you always feel better when you leave that office. Truly kind caring and loving people.
