When someone went back with me they asked who the patient was. A nurse told me I couldn't be in that much pain or I would be in the floor crying. Libby can't read a drug test. She yelled at me that I was a drug addict and needed to go to rehab. You are not getting any meds today or ever again from here so leave now. I knew she was wrong. Later I called because I got a letter from them. A nurse said I never failed a drug test for Valium and Libby was sorry she read the test wrong so come back NO
I could not believe the low overall rating for Dr Rupert. Very caring & compassionate. Will take time to talk to pts and truly help. I would never go to another pain MD.
I've struggled with pain / limitation for 6 yrs, and during this time saw 8 different specialists to find help. I was not looking for drugs or a band-aid, but real treatment to get my life back. My prayers were finally answered through Dr. Rupert. He genuinely cares and will work hard to get answers. If you just want pain pills, there are plenty of MDs out there that will oblige with that easy way out; but he's looking for solutions!! He has earned my trust 100% and I don't say that lightly.
He is awful. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy...
he is ONLY after how much money he can get out of you. Unending wait time ( greater than 2 hours) to get into a scheduled appointment This Doctor cares about you so much, he answers his cell phone while in the exam room with you and then walks out of the room leaving you to wait on him..... In the end, NO new diagnosis and only injections or find someone else...sad excuse for what passes for a Physician.
