I have known Dr. Jeff Heins for well over 20 years. I have taken dogs, cats, horses and a calf to Rupert Animal Clinic because of the excellent care and service me and my animals receive there. I live in Twin Falls and still drive to Rupert because I know my animals will be taken care of.
