I’ve been trying to call to schedule an appointment for my daughter. I’ve called AND texted. The first time I called (about a month ago), I was told I’d get a call back. Didn’t happen. I called twice and texted once since.. no response
Dr Rupa Wong may have the kindest, most professional staff of any dr’s office I have been to (from the front desk, to Hannah, to Dr Wong). Dr Wong is friendly and thorough with her explanation so that my daughter can understand what is going on with her diagnosis. We were taken back and seen in a timely manner. I highly recommend!
