My wife and I both served in the military in the dental career field for 20+ years. After retiring we needed to find private dental care, Ruopp Family Dentistry have been a perfect fit for our family. Their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced, everyone from the person checking us in to the dentist, including the hygienist and assistants always call you by your first name, they are always friendly and timely. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend this practice to all my friends and family.

I always have a great experience with Dr. Jan and Dawn. However, I recently visited for a check-up, and was extremely impressed with all of the safety procedures the entire staff have put into place. Everything was organized and efficient. Thank you all for everything you do to ensure great customer service!

I have always found the Ruopp & Ruopp team welcoming and efficient, from the office staff to the hygienists to the dentists themselves. My most recent visit was no different. Jenna has been my hygienist the past several visits, and she is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Jan gave me a clean bill of dental health, which is always what I like to hear. I’ve been going to Dr. Ruopps office for 13 years now and ive never had a bad experience. When I first started going,I had to have quite a bit of work done. They never made me feel uncomfortable and explained everything that was going on and how to fix it. They have always treated me with respect and have always been friendly from the ladies at the front desk to the staff in the back.
