I had a tooth bothering me and the front desk was able to get me in for an appointment promptly. As always, it was a good experience. It's always nice to be greeted by staff who know me by name, and are very personable. Dr. Jan and Dr. Baker always take great care of me. I'm thankful to have such a great dental team!
Quick and efficient.
The facility is very clean. The lady's at front counter were very helpful with answering any insurance questions as well made you feel welcome coming in. Not just another patient. The work was done by Dr Pat Ruopp & Dr Baker. There assistance were gentle as well nice,friendly and work with the Dr well..Hygienist were friendly,nice. She did a good job and was not rough.I made six trips in for different procedures and not one was unpleasant. I would refer anyone to your Dentistry.

We are always very satisfied with our experience in this office. If there is any issue, the staff and the doctors try to resolve it as soon as possible. Very professional staff, always keep us informed about the insurance coverage and out of pocket cost for a visit.
Early appointment 7:20am able to get in and out in less than an hour. No waiting. Stay in car and call to let them know you are there and they were ready for me. Updated info over phone before coming in building. Hygienist awesome.
Ruopp's office people are always fantastic and professional with a smile everytime. The Ruopp family and Dr. Baker always make me feel at home when I'm there for my visits. They're very patient and curtious with my needs and are upfront if there are any issues. Wonderful team of people.
My hygienist was very professional and friendly. I got to meet the Roupp daughter, she was very sweet just like both her mother and father.
I have been going to Ruopp Dentistry for almost 5 years now and I absolutely love everyone there. Everyone is professional and they make you feel like family. I highly recommend them!
