The crispy chicken sandwich is honestly just 2 chicken tenders... I expected better..
I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience at Runza until yesterday. How to return my Runza because it literally came out in three piece pieces. They had no problem replacing it, but then the second one was in two pieces. French fries were the worst french fries I’ve ever had from a fast food restaurant. I think they must’ve been freezer burn..t take a look at them.. Really bad experience overall
3/10/2026 2/92 New Building shape, though the inside feels like an older Runza with less tall ceilings than other places. Ordering a meal around 9pm, I had good service and the food was also good. Took a second to get this review out. It's the second Runza so far. Sincerely, The Runzanator
