I had been suffering with an ongoing injury which had caused me to give up running. After working with Esher from Runwise I am now able to run again - pain free! Highly recommend.
Esher was super knowledgeable and experienced and was able to fix my foot issue with no problems! I would highly recommend.
Been struggling with chronic shin splints my whole life which hindered my experience/ability to run long distance. I have tried so many different treatments and unfortunately some things are too individual and require expert opinions. Esher was able to completely reverse my splints in just one session and some homework. Honestly, couldn't recommend enough, it has completely revitalised my enjoyment with running. Esher was fantastic in her assistance with improving my cadence and her knowledge of biomechanics helped renew my enthusiasm for running. Her treatment space is lovely and the early morning appointments are super helpful.
