RecommendedThe leasing office staff has been the best it's been in years. We've seen quicker responses to complaints and more helpful solutions / feedback. The amenities have improved a lot, especially those surrounding the pool areas. The community is absolutely beautiful and we love living here. We're also really excited for construction to on the retail side to be complete and for all the new businesses to be open.
We absolutely love it here! We are from the Seattle area and moved first to Marina Del Rey to even more expensive apartment that was horrible and had people stealing cars out of the garage and the maintenance was terrible! This place is like a dream compared to that. All of the staff is super friendly and the grounds are well-maintained and the security guards are always there! I would absolutely recommend it!
Absolutely awful. Construction, weekly fire alarms and now also retail alarms throughout the night because no one can figure out how to turn them off. Please tell me what about these units is ‘luxury’.

another midnight fire alarm lasting more than 7-8 minutes with the top of the volume announcing we should leave the building.. another false alarm, another night horrifying my baby, my pets and us.. if it were to happen really once in a while i would think that i am happy to live an environment where the management is extra cautious.. having it once a week is making me think that i wish i was not living in a complex with such careless management who has little repect after these things happen, and who never take the responsi... read more
Really wish they would send me the $4,000 they owe me after moving out. My deposit + the move-in concession that was never posted to my account. Concession is 1.5 years late...beginning to think I should charge interest - or at least subject them to the same terms as they do to residents who pay rent late $50-150/month penalty? First requested 5 weeks ago and have been following up every week. Last I heard was the "check is in the mail". Now ghosting...any lawyers reading this? I just really wish I could move on with my life... read more
