Beautiful scenery, laid back feeling, just a great place to relax!! Easy to get to town, great people and wonderful taphouse/ restaurant (Klamath Brewstation)!!!!

we spent our honeymoon here and we loved our room and visit.
The place was very inviting. Everyone of the staff members were very friendly and informative. The Ponderosa had great food and was affordable. There are so many sights to see and trails for hiking. We saw deer, frogs, gophers and even a bear out in the forest. The pool was big and warm. We all loved it. Thanks
First, it's beautiful. Has lovely ambience. For that, I'd add another half star. But....there were six of us. Took nearly half an hour for the wine and cocktails. Another hour and a half for the food, and then only five of the six meals arrived. One steak had been forgotten. The 7-oz filet is $32, so it should be perfect. Only comes with a pile of mashed potatoes and three pieces of asparagus. One was ordered medium rare, the other medium. Both were medium. No bread for the table. Only four setups.
