Very Bad Experience with Trinity Naumann (Running Property Management) My name is Varinder Gilhotra. 6 years for repairs to be actioned. If property managers respond, they're incredibly dismissive. If renting with them, threats of breach seems to be the only way to get things fixed. Property managers should go and apologise to trees, for wasting the oxygen they're producing.
Excellent company to rent from, communication is flawless and staff are easy and friendly to talk to. Best rental company I have been with. I have friends with other companies that really don't work you and fine you for minor things. Highly recommended!
Rarely listened to tenants, only cared about increasing rent and even lied about needing us to leave for the home-owner to move in. Once we left they immediately listed the property at a much higher rental price. They nearly forced us to be homeless. Do not sign a lease with these people if you're a tenant, they won't work with you, they only want profits.
