I lived in this awful apartment complex for six years. If I didn’t hate moving so much I would have been gone after a year. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you. Having a sink backup or a neighbor’s home leak into yours can be very frustrating. This was at no fault to you, and you were not charged for any carpet damage. You were charged only for the things on your move out check list which would include the stove not being cleaned and one damaged blind. quit stealing people's moneys. for anyone else who's lived there and been victimized by running Creeks greedy cheating ways. Or had your deposit not returned please contact me at didja20@gmail.com they violated the state of Kentucky rental laws. Sounds like a class action lawsuit is in order.
DO NOT DO IT. From the moment I moved in I had issues. I moved in may and there were no screen windows and it took me until November and December to get them. Their system glitches and they make you pay the late charges of $80-$90. The maintenance staff takes 1-3 months to get back to you about anything.
