My parents applied for an apartment here recently and paid 250$ holding deposit. The manager informed them in the event they were denied for whatever reason they would receive their 250$ back. Now my mom called today about it because she got an email that bother her and my step dad were denied and would like the 250$ back. this place and management are horrible..They leased us a place infested with cockroaches..I have a child with special needs and found one in his diapers..Please don't bring your children here and Please don't believe the lies!
Do not live here my air has been off for two months no one came to fix it have holes under my sinks to the point I can see my next door neighbor apartment , stove top doesn’t work bathroom has mold in it , door broken screws to little roach infested & spiders paint pulling off the walls bricks fell in front of apartment complex and they are still laying there from last year they say lightning struck it , I’ve been staying in a hotel due to my air not being fix & pressuring me about rent and have yet to fix my air I have two ... read more
You all are scam artist! You trick young couples into moving in under false pretenses! You convince them everything will be new an in place. 8 days of staying her and my family member has no working sockets. Not one! The sink leaks and splashes, bad paint jobs with holes and BUGS! This has all been reported! They say from the front office the last company failed to pay the pest control. They send a maintenance man who says “I’ll be honest the last tenant blew the sockets and they need to call an electrician”. I need corporat... read more

They don't fix Anything bathroom tub paint peeling , there's a whole in the tub which means no baths and anything can crawl in, toilet top broken, mirror in the bathroom looks nasty and awful ,oven handle broken, ((roach infested)) They make promises and Never keep them nor follow up. No one should have to live like this and pay rent. I've talked to old and new management....same old broken promises. I have pictures. This is a false representation of this place. Disappointed is an understatement
they don't work with you to help you stay on track we with rent or anything quick to put you out
RecommendedI’ve lived at Timberline Apartments going on 4 years. Nice, safe, and quiet place to live. Excellent apartment management and maintenance.
