Shame on me for not getting the name of the wonderful lady who helped me. As my daughter said, 'she's from Britain'. She was great in picking the correct shoes for my gait, assisting my further recovery from major foot surgery and continuing my journey to ultimate fitness!
I have visited this shop 4 times- usually nobody even asks to help me- I did have a good experience last week with one of the employees who clearly is a runner- so I went again today but the owner is so rude and dismissive I am at loss of words- in todays age with customer service this poor Im shocked they are still even open- he seemed much more intent on getting us out of the store so he could sell overpriced mass market motion control shoes to his next customer than helping in anyway with the questions I had for signing u... read more

You were kindly and respectfully told by the staff that we are not the race sponsors, hosts, or owners for the fall series. Linda is wonderful! She explained what I needed to know about my gait and what shoes would help me. She fully answered all my questions. She even gave me helpful tips for stretching to help reduce my pain. I left feeling very satisfied. I will defiantly be back for my next pair.
Running has been difficult for me due to plantar fasciitis and torn tendons, but the folks at the Runners Roost recomended some better shoes for me. Now my running is nearly completely pain free and I no longer limp in pain after a short jog.
