Would definitely go back! It was SO helpful to have someone figure out what kind of running shoes I needed. I had a fun experience and left with a great pair of shoes! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for help choosing their next pair of running shoes.
I started running just a couple months ago and was having a lot of knee pain and back pain, so I went to Runners Roost to get a gait analysis done and hopefully find some shoes. Carlos helped me and was clearly extremely knowledgeable about footwear and gaits. He really took his time with me. Even though Carlos is obviously a very experienced runner, he never made me feel insecure or inferior for being a casual runner. Runners Roost is the best running store EVER!! Gary is amazing and unbelievably helpful! I moved to another state and can't find running shoes to work for me so I called Runners Roost and they are going through great lengths to help me even from several states away! Go to them for your shoe needs! They are amazing!
