Excellent staff and selection of shoes. The lady that took care of me today was very knowledgeable and a great resource for reducing my foot pain while running.
I had my first professional running shoe fitting with Grace. She spent close to a half hour with me, looking at how I walked and jogged in my old shoes and then had several options for the new ones. We landed at a Brooks stability shoe with an arch support insert. after a couple of indoor 5Ks to start breaking them in, I went on a 10-mile road run and they were absolutely perfect! Thanks so much, Grace!

I love the Runners Market! Though my husband and I relocated to the Tri-Cities in 2014, I drive back to Knoxville to buy my running shoes from you guys. As a heavier runner I experience a lot of “judgmental squinty face” and the folks at the Runners Market have helped me find the right pair of shoes to get me through now 6 half-marathons and have treated me like a “real” runner. I’ll be down soon to get my first pair to start my training for Knoxville Marathon and I know you’ll treat me well. THANK YOU!
Had a great experience today. Emily worked with me to find the just right pair of shoes. She was very patient and knowledgeable. After about 12 pairs we finally found the right pair. I have shopped at Runners market many times, and will be back again.
This is a true running store. They address your specific issues and can do an injury screening if that interests you. They’re highly knowledgeable and will watch you walk and run to get you your best shoe possible. They’re not biased towards brands and genuinely have your best interest in mind.
