Nelson went above and beyond installing the weather stripping on the door. The hardware that was in the door was most likely from the initial building of the apartments, and very difficult to remove, but he was determined to not only get it done, but get it done correctly. Nelson has taken care of a couple of things recently for us and he is always very pleasant as well as professional. We've been here 7 years and seen many maintenance staff come and go. We hope Nelson stays around.
Very nice young lady greeted me & showed me the model apt I was inquiring about she was very respectful & knowledgeable she did everything to convince me on living in the great complex she even pulled out the layouts of apartments & aked When I was interested in moving and what would she have to do To get me started on my process I truly appreciated that ! .
