As previous reviews stated, I entered to view two apartments at my scheduled time. Unfortunately the lady at the front desk is so incredibly rude that we didn’t even get to the point of seeing the apartments. WE FLAT OUT LEFT. Maybe the apartment could’ve been nice however we will never give our business to someone representing a company and management so poorly. Shonda Simmons, the current property manager, is rude, nasty, and completely unprofessional. She ignored emails (even with corporate CC’d), hung up on phone calls, stayed silent when asked questions, and treats residents and their families like they are nothing. I am 65 years old, and even visiting my daughter, she treated me and my family with total contempt. Shonda Simmons in the leasing office management staff at Runaway Bay Apartments. My experience with her has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I have lived in this community for about three years, and this is the first time I have experienced communication like this from management.
