Update (October): I'll give them some props because there hasn't been any issues as of late. They mentioned they're going to renovate the gym which is cool, they also added an outdoor kitchen area. There haven't been any internet issues recently so I'm glad that was sorted out because it was practically unbearable months ago as someone who WFH. Haven't seen any termites recently but that's probably just because it's not termite season anymore. I do hope things continue to keep improving, it'd be pretty cool to see what impro... read more

When I showed up on my move in date, they said my apt wasn’t ready. I had to pay a pro rated amount at my current address while i waited . The apt was ready 4 days later .They still charged me the full rent . They also pushed the end of lease date out by 7 days . Which cost me a lot. I had to pay for my new apt and pay runaway bay for 7 days . Let’s see if I even get my security back . I no longer trust these sheisty people . Pool always closed, gym closed most of the time . I have lived in the community for 2 yrs and after moving from out of state it has been an easy transition to call this place my home. For the most part the community is quiet. Outside of the pool being broken into and perhaps used by people not from the community I have no complaints. Im an understanding person so i realize that communication can be faulty at times, but when contact is needed urgently the management office comes through. i would like to see the community be a little more secure as far as an entry gate system... read more

Only moved back here because my last apartment complex flooded due to the hurricane. Lived here before but moved after a few years because of drug activity with my next door neighbors. The complex finally kicked them out but it was too late, already had signed a new lease.
