DO NOT EVER MOVE IN HERE! The place is an absolute nightmare. Read all the other reviews ain't a one of them lying. I had property stolen while I lived here. The people who work up in the office are rude and terrible with service. Nobody communicates with one another. They leave out little details that will cost you extra money. Maintenance rarely does anything effectively. They try to charge you outrageous fees when you move out. RUN AWAY BAY BECAUSE AS YOU GET THERE YOU WANT TO RUN AWAY!!!!! BEWARE FOR INSANE CHARGES!!!! if you smoke dope your in the right hood. IT IS THE WORST COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED IN AND EVER WILL there is no grace pd for renters at this complex if you are one hr late you will pay 10% of your rent WHICH IS AGINST THE LAW in the state of va you have a 5 day grace pd. the towing company and the complex are jointed together in predatory towing.
