I have lived here since 6/2018 and can confirm that you absolutely do NOT want to live here. In the last four months I have had to put in so many maintenance requests I’ve lost track. Each time the request is filled in 3-5 business days and is never a true fix but rather like putting a band aid over a bullet hole. There is also “no emergency maintenance” as I have been told from this working in the leasing office and have been left with plumbing issues and appliance issues for days on end with no fix in sight. RecommendedRunaway Bay has been a convenient location to live in proximity to Columbus downtown and campus, and at a reasonable rate! Having a backyard quarry to kayak and enjoy nature just a few miles from the city is not something you can find in many places! I simply can't say enough about the folks in the leasing office - super friendly, always welcoming of dog guests, and responsive to needs. What a joke. They tow residents vehicle but let people who don’t live there park in spots as they visit the quarry.
I have been living here for over a year and complex has only improved for the better. They really care about the resident and are willing to help with any problems or concerns. I have never had an issue with maintenance taking too long or not doing the job right. Highly recommend them

TERRIBLE place to live. Just don’t do it. Nothing in the apartments work correctly. They pick and choose who they want to tow. Residents CANT even enjoy the pool because anyone and their mothers can use it!!! They said they weren’t gonna tow till they fixed the parking lot yet they are still “ working “ on fixing it and my car got towed! Told me on the phone yesterday green passes are voided and will not work, but yet I go into the office today and they are telling someone signing a lease the green passes are still good till... read more
