very helpful employees very knowledgeable and helpful employees. I would definately reccommend anyone shop here. It is also an easy location to find and they have a good inventory at good prices.
The employees all have their noses in the air While I am not an avid runner, I put in 4 - 5 miles, 4 times per week. I went to Run On for the first time to look for some running shoes. I had always purchased them at Academy before. First off, the employees are a bunch of snobs. If you aren't a professional marathon runner, they want nothing to do with you. If you dare to ask any questions about their products, they talk down to you. Incidentally, their selection is okay, but their prices are REALLY high. You can get the same... read more
Staff is snobby, uncaring, and self-absorbed we used to shop at a different run on location years ago when my hubby was an active runner. he has since been injured, and we have also moved. now, i am the active runner and eagerly visited the coppell run on location expecting the same attentive customer service that we had received years ago at the other location.
