Not the best I came there for shoes and maybe a new outfit. The service was pathetic. I had to ask someone to help me after it was obvious I wanted to try shoes on. I was only standing in front of the shoes for what seemed like forever! Then, it was obvious the young man didn't know what he was talking about, so I left.
Good Customer Service I called Run for Your Life on Mallard Creek in Charlotte to see if they had a store in Columbia. They don't, but the Sales Person was VERY HELPFUL. He found the location and phone number of a similar store in Columbia.
Less than thrilled I greatly appreciate what RFYL does for the Charlotte running community. Ironically, this store, their original, has the worst service of the three. I felt like I was bothering the staff.

I want to give a huge Thank you to TJ earlier today. I came in to pick up some race gear and decided to get a new pair of hokas while I was there. I broke my hand in a running accident a few weeks ago and TJ went above and beyond to help me try on the new shoes and even tied my old running sneakers back on my feet without me even asking. He went above and beyond. .
