In the need for new shoes so i dropped in this morning to try a few pairs out that i am considering. I already had my choices narrowed down to 3-4 shoes, but wanted to get some expert advice as well. Was in the store for nearly 20 minutes. Store was busy, but not overly so. Maybe 6-8 customers. Only one person actively looking at shoes. No one asked if I needed help. What an awesome experience today. Both Beth and Chase were a huge help and provided excellent customer service! They were very knowledgeable in helping me get the right running shoes. I will definitely go back for my next pair!
Bought a pair of shoes from this store. If you need anything, see Mark. He was great, and took the time to get me in the shoe I needed. Mark and this store got a returning customer for his generosity and customer service.
