I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy! Took over a YEAR for them to complete a simple ceiling repair job, due to them delaying the work, because of their mistakes. Communication was horrible, and we were told different things by each person we worked with. And the work that was performed is HORRIBLE! Loose drywall, shabby drywall and carpet seams, and used caulking to fill gaping holes. We hired this company to replace a small patch of drywall in our ceiling from a minor leak. In 2020 we had a house fire for which we hired this company for restoration. Rumsey handled everything from beginning to end with professionalism, care, and integrity.

Clifton, Cole, and Preston from Rumsey Construction & Restoration were the ABSOLUTE BEST! They came in as soon as they got the approval and worked hard and diligently to get my water damage process started. They also made it convenient for me to be home while they did their work. Clifton gave awesome guidance, and Cole and Preston were phenomenal team players. 10/10 for sure!!! ❤️❤️❤️

In 2020 we had a house fire for which we hired this company for restoration. We have had one problem after another with the quality of work performed. The most recent issue was the cabinets in the kitchen were mounted to a drain pipe behind the wall which had been leaking for years. When we contacted Rumsey they did not want to pay for the damages if we did not use them for the repairs but we have lost all confidence in their work and did not want any more work done by any of their contractors. I've been doing business with Rumsey for a couple of years as an insurance agent. Parker is particularly proactive in reaching out and asking how their company can improve for us. This goes a long way, especially in our industry.
