My roof was destroyed by a storm in 2024. I called Rumsey and they came out the same day and tarped the roof to prevent further damage and then started the process for us with the insurance company. Their service is excellent and timely.

We contacted Rumsey to get a quote for water damage repair after a leak, resulting in part of our elderly father's kitchen floor buckling. After meeting with a worker and showing him the damage, we were told we would receive a quote within 24-48 hours. After a week of no contact, we reached out multiple times over another week and left multiple messages but no one contacted us back. Would NOT recommend!
We had damage to our roof from 5 trees that fell during Helene back in September of 2024. Rumsey was quick to help to make sure no other damage from water would happen. They set us up with a great tree company (Dixon Tree) and trees were removed promptly. Now the rest of the work has taken until April of 2025.The delay was due to having to dealing with insurance company and mortgage company , what a nightmare.
