5 stars. Brendon Rumsey and his team took exceptional care of my family and me after a recent fire loss. They managed the entire project fast and insurance file thoroughly, and they checked in multiple times a week with clear updates on what came next and where we stood. In a stressful situation, I felt at ease knowing Brendon and his highly competent team were on the job. I recommend Rumsey Construction & Restoration without hesitation.

Signed contract Dec 5, 2025 for my mother's kitchen to be done. 10 1/2 months later kitchen is still not complete. Multiple visits. Multiple promises. They acknowledge some of the work they did was not done right but they have to see what is left in the budget. Then they go ghost again. WORST experience. I would give a negative 1000 if I could.

Jack Donaldson and Evan Davidson did a thorough job of cleaning out the area and explaining the process to me. Very professional and informative with their delivery.
