It's September 2025. They've been working on my house since March 2025. The work has not been completed. First Nationwide Homeowners Insurance gave me the runaround. I've finally paid Rumsey 4,709.00. They haven't completed the work.

My roof was destroyed by a storm in 2024. I called Rumsey and they came out the same day and tarped the roof to prevent further damage and then started the process for us with the insurance company. Their service is excellent and timely.
