We had damage to our roof from 5 trees that fell during Helene back in September of 2024. Rumsey was quick to help to make sure no other damage from water would happen. They set us up with a great tree company (Dixon Tree) and trees were removed promptly. Now the rest of the work has taken until April of 2025.The delay was due to having to dealing with insurance company and mortgage company , what a nightmare. Following a catastrophic water loss in our home, Rumsey's Restoration division played a paramount role in ensuring our home was properly remediated. Our Insurance company would not recognize our loss as a CAT 3, and Rumsey stood by us through a tough battle with our claim. They were very responsive to our ongoing needs.
