Edit to my original post. When you respond back the same to every negative review it looks horrible on the company especially when you want me to call and talk to the people who messed up in the first place. When I called I was told you don’t have a customer care team. Not going to complain to someone that doesn’t understand. Thanks for nothing
We have a Dumpster that is to be dumped bi-weekly. About every 2 months I have to call and fight with them because they say they have dumped our Dumpster and they clearly have not. We still get charged even when they dont dump it. Usually when you call you get transferred to the next person and to the next person and so on. Waiting for call back again. The bottom of Dumpster is starting to fall off and they have not gave us a new one yet. We are stuck in a contract as of right now but I'm to the point I am going to pay them ... read more
