Tara and Monica were pleasant. Kim always has done a great job with me and seeing Big Al was a bonus.
I have had a lot of bad experiences with dentists. Often they seem determined to maximize their income above all else. I saw one dentist who actually prepared a custom "treatment plan" (with ~$4000 worth of proposed work) -- all of it for cosmetic or non-necessary work -- and then bugged me by phone for months afterward. The doctor and the staff did a great job treating me. My family goes here and told me what great people they are and what good service they give. I will be making this place my new home for my smile! The dentist there are more then just doctors, they are artist that care about their work.
The whole team from the time I walk in the doors to the time I walk out is 5 star! It starts with the nice lady who makes my appointment,Tara, works around my time to make sure I can get in and out in a quick manner. I love everyone at Dr Rumley's office. They make me feel important and beautiful.
The staff at Midtown Dental are best in class. They are very caring and friendly and are never in a rush to get to the next patient. I've been going there for years and trust them completely with my dental care.
Athough I had no appointment, I was in the area and had a question about a teeny cyst - should it be seen by my Primary Care Doctor or Dr. Rumley. So I just popped in the office. The staff there is always so pleasant. Within three minutes I was sitting in a chair, talking to Dr. Rumley about the cyst. He assured me that it was not urgent, and that it was definitely a dental issue. Then he gave me several options with which to work. I just had a minor cavity filled and honestly did not feel a thing! Dr. Rumley and his staff make me feel welcomed and comfortable, and I know I'm in great hands each time I visit.
Two days prior to our visit, my son was at the orthodontist. It was discovered that one of his baby molars had split in half, broke off and left the other half attached. They recommended we have it removed to allow the adult tooth to come out. I left the office and immediately called Tara at Midtown Dental. As always, her voice met me with professionalism and accommodation.
