Incredibly rude staff and horrible service, we had to walk out after being ignored. Once we walked out of the restaurant and stopped by to let them know that the service was less than acceptable the self proclaimed "only a cashier" Yume, could care less and ignored us completely. Walked back to ask for her name where she was hesitant to reply and handed me the managers card. So, Ms. Laura Begent (General manager), this was an extremely disappointing experience and I suggest customer service training immediately.
TERRIBLE service outside after sunset. Understaffed and the staff that was there was unfriendly. Will NOT come back.
Best night club in Hawaii hands down.. Be ready to have the time of your life in style!!!!
Love it! Great for live music, dancing and hanging with friends.
