If I could give zero I would. Dr. Rumer and her staff are very unprofessional and her patient care is unethical. I had a surgery with her 6 months ago and I’m still experiencing complications due to her errors during surgery. Around a month after the surgery I started feeling uncomfortable pain inside the surgery area. It turned out Dr. Rumer didn’t take out the sutures and there were couple still inside me where they shouldn’t be. Another doctor had to take them out. Years of complications. Super unprofessional. She shouldn't be doing MTF bottom surgery. Lack of depth, pain, discharge. Ignores complications. Ignores emails. Bad communication. "Butcher of Ardmore" according to Google. I'm looking forward to having an entirely different team of surgeons fix my complications.
