My family did a tour recently at Rumely Lofts. The manager was hospitable and answered all our questions about living at the property. The property itself has a great blend of historic and modern throughout the building. The units are spacious, and those with downtown views are beautiful!
I’ve lived at Rumley for five years, and it has truly felt like home the entire time. I’ve always felt safe here, and anytime there has ever been an issue, Kate and Eric have done everything they can to get it taken care of quickly. Kate is genuinely one of the kindest and most inclusive apartment managers I’ve ever had. I deleted my previous review because I genuinely hoped things would improve but unfortunately things have only gotten worse. Management has not made me feel that they genuinely care about the safety and well being of their tenants. Once I move out I will update this review with the full details and explain the reasoning behind my rating.
I had a excellent tour of this beautiful old building. The units are so spacious with all the Indian amenities one would need. My daughter is considering living here I'm hoping she does.
Went on a tour last month. The leasing manager was the sweetest she showed me around and gave me so much helpful information. I see why many people don't leave this place it seems like a great place to live.
