If you’re looking to move somewhere quiet, CLEAN, and centrally located then the Rumely is it! First, KATE! The property manager is one of the best humans! She is friendly and is so quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. I have never lived somewhere with a property manager on-site and as helpful. The building itself if kept so clean and quiet. The views from the units are so pretty, especially at night. I would’ve stayed here for years but I decided to move out of state! Go speak to Kate today!
Old building. Talked to multiple residents and many units have issues with water coming in the unit. The videos are after 2 attempts management had made to stop the leaks. Have since moved out so can't say whether repairs have been done correctly, but beware. Collected multiple gallons of water in every room with an east exterior wall.
Great place to live! The rent is good and the space is amazing. Love the concrete floors, makes it really easy to clean. Management and Maintenance are extremely helpful and super nice about everything. There are also a ton of fun building activities and contest throughout the year.
Layout is great. Management is friendly and takes care of things in a timely manner. Location is awesome. Close enough to the bus station and Hy-Vee but still not on court Ave. One downside is the train can get quite loud but you get used to it. Landlord is very willing to make accommodations for disabilities. I highly recommend rumely lofts and manager kate and maintenance man Eric. The community room is really nice. Things are maintained well. Any problems with loud residents are taken seriously.
