I really like living at Rumely Lofts. I can walk to work every day. I can shop at Hy-Vee, which is less than a block away. The staff, Eric, the maintenance guy, is cool and does good work, and Kate, the manager, is quick to respond to texts and is helpful. I've lived here for over 5 years and plan to stay for quite a while. It is a nice place, clean and close to almost anything you might need. My neighbors are great, and what else can I say? Check out Rumely as a good place to live.
I currently live here and, based on my experience, I would strongly encourage prospective tenants to do thorough research before signing a lease. In my time here, I’ve noticed what feels like inconsistent enforcement of community rules. It often appears that residents who have lived here longer receive different treatment than newer tenants. Lived here for almost 10 years, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the place. Only reason why I moved out was because of needing more space and a change of scenery. Everyone there is nice, management is always on top of things and making sure something is getting fixed asap. Kate and Eric do a wonderful job of managing, and both were always super nice. lived here for 5.5 years and had a exceptional experience. Kate and Eric are kind and helpful, lofts are spacious, grounds are well kept, location is ideal, and it’s dog friendly. highly recommend!
Lived there for 5 years. The location is great, close enough to walk to everything, without the noise of being directly on Court Ave. The units are large enough that you don’t hear a lot of your neighbors. The property is kept clean, maintained well and any maintenance request were always fixed promptly, thanks to Eric. Any questions or concerns were always answered by Kate. Overall great experience.
