Doug is so wonderful to work with! We went to Rumanoff’s for both our engagement and wedding rings and were met with the highest level of service and care. We refer all our friends and family, that’s how much we trust Rumanoff’s. Can’t wait to go back!

When we lived in CT we only went to Rumanoff’s Fine Jewelry for all our jewelry needs. The staff are all amazing and very attentive. They treat you like family and not just a customer. We moved out of CT but still contact Rumanoff’s Fine Jewelry. Most recently we discussed resetting a pair of diamond earrings. We met with Leslie. My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Lauren to pick out wedding bands at Rumanoff's. We were able to purchase my band, make adjustment's to my husband's ring that belonged to his grandfather, and they also helped us making sizing adjustments to my engagement band that was purchased elsewhere.
