2 weeks ago I went into Rumanoffs to inquire about re-sizing my engagement ring half a size up and soldering my engagement ring to an open front band. I was upfront that I had purchased the rings elsewhere, but that wasn’t a problem for Rumanoffs! Once we confirmed the services, they gave us an estimated completion date. I dropped my ring off to get an appraisal completed for insurance purposes. I was so pleased when I picked up my ring a week later with it looking better than the way I had dropped it off-it was so shiny! Jonathan was wonderful to work with-very professional! I was happy with the appraisal as well as the cost! Thank you so much!!!
An exceptional jeweler. They redesigned my engagement ring that no longer fit and I couldn’t be happier with it. The customer service was great and Jen was super helpful in working with me and the design team to find the perfect fit!
