RecommendedKind and compassionate and when our dog was injured they stayed open to see him. We had never been there before so they went beyond what they would have had to do. The staff was great and they were just terrific. Thank you again for being such a caring clinic and going out of your way for Zeek.
Love Rum River! The staff is so unbelievably friendly and so helpful. Our dog logan went in for surgery, and they have been so helpful ever sense. We won’t take him anywhere else I think we found the clinic we like!

I have been bringing my dogs here for 24 years. I have said hello to four and good-bye to three in that time. I have trusted everyone at this clinic with my animals health and my emotions. I recently moved 40 minutes away. When it was time for my dog's annual visit I thought, briefly, about going somewhere closer. I did not and the moment I walked in to the clinic I knew I would never go anywhere else! Thank you to each of you for being knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, and for loving our animals like they are your own!

Dr. Guck and his team at Rum River provide outstanding, trusted care. Everyone that works there is passionate, kind, and makes us part of their family. I am so grateful to know they are there for everything from regular check-ups to life critical situations!
The staff here are truly amazing! Every visit they have shown, it's obvious they care about animals. We will never go anywhere else. We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved cavapoo. The staff did not rush us and gave us ALL the time we needed to say goodbye , even into after hours. They are great and gentle at explaining the process and what Max would experience which made it easier for us knowing there would be no suffering. We have Been taking all of our dogs here for years! We recently had our Dog neutered here. They were very kind and sensitive to our dog through the whole process. The surgery went well and he recovered very quickly with no issues. Thank you for loving our Opie! �
