Best Veterinary Clinic...my husband has been going here since they opened and I’ve been going here for 21 years! We love the staff they are friendly and compassionate. Dr Guck has been the best ❤️ We now live in Savage and still travel to them! I trust them with my dogs!!!

We were looking for a new vet and wanted to give Rum River a try based upon a recommendation by a friend. I called on Thursday to make an appt and the clinic called me that afternoon to confirm. Today, when my husband drove 30 mins to bring our dog to see the vet, they "lost the appointment " due to computer issues. Rather than taking responsibility of a fault on their end and honoring our initial appointment, they offered another appointment in the afternoon which would mean x2 hour round trip each way unnecessarily. A little aggressive in their opinions and their marketing. Definitely turned me off to them.
Minnie loves all of the staff!
They would not see my dog because we were 15 minutes late due to traffic. They rolled their eyes and talked about me as if I wasn’t 10 feet away, listening. VERY unprofessional in my mind.
