Please read before giving this terrible dealership anything. If I could give 0 stars I would. Rulys Auto Sales is by far the worse place I’ve ever had to business with. Any review you read that’s negative and 1 star please listen to it. Would not recommend this place one bit! They sell you a broken car & refuse to give your down payment back! They also sell cars without checking for a license which is ILLEGAL! Selling cars under the table! Don’t speak English! The WORST place to get a car! Don’t do it!
This is by far the worst car sales place on earth! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. They sold my sister a car without any type of license and when she tried to return the car they refused to give her her down deposit back even tho she only had the car 2 weeks. Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
The Sale manager does not want to talk to you. All he says is I don't talk English. I bought a vehicle from them and it broke down on me on the 7th day from purchase. I strongly suggest that no one buys from this place of business. The Manager will just give you the run around and come up with all kinds of excuses. They're trying to hold off from fixing my vehicle, till it goes beyond the 30 day time limit. So they don't have to refund me my down payment. The Sale Lady (Sonia) that help was nice. Place is a fuckin joke. They tried selling my cousin a truck that had a bad knock in the motor and they still wanted top dollar for it. DONT BUY FROM THIS FUCKIN PLACE. And everyone that gives them five stars are obviously friends one family. Because no ordinary person would be in their right mind to give them a good review. JOKE JOKE JOKE JOKE FUCKIN JOKE
