RecommendedI had my first visit today and was surprised that my two daughters and I were seen immediately without any wait. Everyone was friendly, our eye exams did not take long, and the eye doctor answered all questions I had. We had a great experience.
Rule Eye Care is outstanding. They managed to get my applicant in for an exam immediately upon calling. The staff is extremely nice and very professional. I’m not even a patient here and I feel more welcome than most places.
This office has taken so much care with me, my hubby and my mother! I am legally deaf blind. I have had a few incidents when I needed to see Dr. Bissel at the last minute. For example I was having surgery for something else at Sparrow when I came out my eye was making me sick. He was at lunch and stopped everything to meet me in his office. Surgery left my eye open and I had got inflammation cells .This is a very special Dr. and a very special set of family that works together so elegantly! Thank you all!

I'm so pleased with Rule Eye Care and Associates! They use up to date testing methods not just for the current condition of my eyes but they also can detect possible future issues. All the staff are knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this office for all eye care needs.
