I paid $10,000 to have Ruiz's Pool Plastering pebble-tec my pool. They had very poor communications with me through out the process. They had terrible clean up after. They were to leave my pool with the chemicals all in order, however, they poured too much of a powder into the pool (3X too much) and did nothing more including not leave or give me instructions on what to do from the day I paid the $10,000 forward. Paid half up front. They got to work the next day. Had it done in 2 weeks. Crew was polite and on time. The work done was done well. They took care of all my requests. Pool and tile look great.

All I can say is make sure your pool is up and running the way you want it to be ,before you give him the last check. Because after that it don't matter.
