WARNING!!!!!!! Poor service, the different doctors they have are rough and critical. They have denied service to my newborn in 2022. Their staff is disgustingly rude as if they own the place. The worse part is the manager Mayra is aware of the garbage administrative people they hire and make you sign a waiver on not insulting their staff. IF I CAN GIVE 0 STAR I WILL- i had to change my insurance and doctor on my 2nd or 3rd visit! TAKES FOREVER IN THERE TO GET CALLED IN and pharmacies gets tired of calling here because they take forever to approve refills.

I’m not sure why this place has such low reviews but for our experience it’s a 10. It’s amazingly clean, the staff is so sweet & very helpful and the doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly. They actually touch you. It’s all Mexican and I’m very impressed with their service. Honestly I’m happy that there’s a nice place like this to help the Mexican community. They even have their own pharmacy & lab right inside the building. Wait times aren’t as bad as some places. I pray they could move this to a huge building and that’... read more

On my first visit I basically got scolded by female Dr. I guess i was maybe too honest on my initial fill out forms and was told that she didn't have some magical pill to give me. I replied im not here for some magical pill. I understand I have to take better care of myself but no reason to speak to new patient that way. Very awkward feeling.
