We had Frank from Ruiz Construction as our subcontractor for our ADU. Not only did Frank and his team deliver the project fast and to a high standard, but he also helped me through the crisis when the former general contractor was in breach of the contract. Frank eventually took the general contractor job and finished the job. The inspection went through smoothly. Frank remodeled my kitchen, removed popcorn ceiling, textured and painted my family room. Put in flooring in the dinning room and the entrance. It looks really nice.
