Tanja went above and beyond to help us find our perfect first home! She truly listened to what we wanted and was always ready to show us properties or answer our questions. Her professionalism shone through in how clearly she explained everything, all while keeping the process fun and stress-free. We cannot recommend her enough.
Not very happy at all. At the end of the day, my realtor didn't meet expectations. Wasn't willing to negotiate for me, and closing was rushed at the last minute. She just wanted to get paid. Didn't care about nothing else. Furthermore, she requested me to give her a "stellar" review to make it on Caroline Ruhl's tree. I'm good on that noise.
BEWARE!!! They cost us over $9000 in unnecessary interest by taking advantage of us and almost $11,000 more by suggesting we list our house at a lower price I hired our realtor, because I trusted him from having his three daughters in kindergarten. When I contacted Mike, he asked me to write all of these things down. I hand delivered a letter and got no response! If I could give them negative stars, I would.
