Ruhl & Ruhl, I'm sure, is a fine company, as evidenced by the amount of positive reviews on here. I am, however, issuing a warning: If you wish to go with this company, do NOT do business with Sky Huston as your agent. The closing of our house fell through because of an issue with the property itself, which is something outside of our control. Beforehand, there was an issue with the basement walls bowing. WENDY CORZATT WAS GREAT FROM START TO FINISH! I WAS RELOCATING TO AN UNKNOWN PLACE AND SHE MADE IT AS SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE. I REALLY APPRECIATE ALL THE EFFORT SHE PUT IN GETTING ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS AND ALL THE FACETIMING OF HOUSES. Hannah & Kris definitely exceeded my expectations. They sold my home faster than I ever dreamed, and they were able to change the closing on my new home to be sooner than the other so I was never homeless. They were always available for questions and calmed my nerves on numerous occasions. I couldn’t have done this move without them - they know their stuff and I highly recommend them!
